SPRING TULIPS
Oil on Linen Covered Panel 11" x 14", Framed
Tulips are a favorite spring flower to paint. So many colors growing in gardens around town. This piece was painted at the peaceful Grapevine Botanical Gardens. My 3 yr old grandson favors feeding the huge koi that live in the Gardens.
Hydrangea Bouquet
Oil Painting on Linen Covered Panel, Framed
16" x 13"
A Bouquet of Hydrangeas from an artist friend was the inspiration for this painting. Sherry grew these lovely flowers in her Texas garden and brought them in to our Gallery during an Open House.
The paints, brushes and painting knives were calling and this is the result.
Arboretum Azaleas
14" x 11" Oil Painting
Framed
There is no place in the spring more beautiful than our Dallas Arboretum. My painting friends and I frequently put up the easels, find our brushes and favorite flower colors and create a canvas of beauty while on location. This was painted last spring and we anticipate the same beauties to honor us again this year with their presence.
